Our regular maintenance ensures functionality and maintains the value of your systems – regardless of manufacturer. With GEZE service contracts, you can find customised solutions that are just right for you.

Compact Service Contract

The Compact maintenance contract is a maintenance and service contract. As soon as the door is installed, it constitutes the necessary minimum.

  • Two annual preventative maintenance visits
  • All components and functions, primarily those concerning safety, are checked.
  • A report is written for every visit.
  • You are given priority in terms of call-outs.
  • Parts, travel and labour required for the call-outs, outside of maintenance visits, shall be billed separately in accordance with the applicable price list.
  • A one-year extension to the guarantee for parts and labour on GEZE doors and GEZE original parts (excluding vandalism) if the contract is taken out at the time of ordering the door.

Service Contract Comfort

The Comfort maintenance contract is a maintenance and breakdown contract. It gives you:

  • Two annual preventative maintenance visits
  • All components and functions, primarily those concerning safety, are checked.
  • A report is written for every visit.
  • You are given priority in terms of call-outs.
  • The labour required for additional call-outs is included in this contract.
  • Parts shall be billed separately in accordance with the applicable price list, with a discount of 10% for GEZE parts.
  • A two-year extension to the guarantee for parts and labour on GEZE doors and GEZE original parts (excluding vandalism) if the contract is taken out at the time of ordering the door.

Service Contract Serenity

The Serenity maintenance contract is an all-inclusive maintenance and breakdown contract. It gives you: 

  • Two annual preventative maintenance visits
  • All components and functions, primarily those concerning safety, are checked.
  • A report is written for every visit.
  • You are given priority in terms of call-outs.
  • The labour required for additional call-outs is included in this contract.
  • Supply of parts that are proven to be defective as standard replacements (excluding vandalism) only for GEZE parts.
  • A four-year extension to the guarantee for parts and labour on GEZE doors and GEZE original parts (excluding vandalism) if the contract is taken out at the time of ordering the door.
